It is possible to gain height from half to one inch, as Yoga helps to alleviate stiffness and compression at the areas between vertebrae of spine. Secondly, toning up of middle back and lower back muscles gives feeling of straightening.
Even you do not gain weight, as result of -flexibility, tone up of muscles, alignment of body -it give you feeling of height gain and give others too impression of as you might gained height.
I do strongly advise you practice above asanas, though I do not promise that you will gain half to one inch height. It is fact that some people are able gain height from half to one inch, byu pursuing above from three to six months. In ordre to reap maximum benefits from above asanas, you need to practice at least for three days a week. Secondly, abve asanas be praciticed as per mentioned sequence. Thirdly, in case you are not familier with art of above asanas, you need to learn them from experienced Yoga teacher or at least from a senior Yoga teacher.
